    Hi Michael,
    last question 🙂

    I’m scheduling export selecting “email” as the export method.
    I need to put an external email address (email of an external company) so that they can check if their employees used (or not) a coupon.

    When I click on “execute” the process starts and then fails without writing anything in the log..

    If I put only internal email everything works.

    Sorry: I solved the issue. I have removed the tick from the different days of the week, so today was no working even if I executed it.

    Hi GIOVANNI, glad you got it sorted. So it was the Scheduling > Days that was stopping it, is that correct? Did you see any notices in the Scheduled Export screen, would you like to see a notice explaining failed Scheduled Exports?
