    Good day. Want to buy Store Exporter Deluxe, and test Store Exporter. When importing problems with the coding of the Cyrillic text. In the settings (export+import) tried to change the encoding to windows-1251, KOI8-R, UTF-8 (default). The encoding of the base site is UTF-8. How to solve the situation? Thank you.

    wanted to buy the paid plugin exports, but with such support would not dare to do it – none of the issue is not responding!

    Hi nniikkhhii, I responded to your comment on our Store Exporter page, we’re just very busy with Plugin updates this fortnight before we go on standby for the Christmas period.

    I’ve assigned a free copy of Store Exporter Deluxe and Product Importer Deluxe for you to use to see if that encoding issue persists in the Pro upgrades of our Plugins, if your encoding issue persists get in touch with us on Premium Support so I can get this sorted with you 🙂
