I’ve installed the latest release 1.3.4 of Manual Ordering.
I’ve installed the plugin as per the instructions (which were clear and easy to follow so I’m sure its installed right).
When I select Products -> Add Order a blank page opens with a hammer and screwdriver icon and the text “Add New Order”. Below this nothing appears, the screen is just white blank space.
I’ve tried mutiple up to date browsers, am using WP e-commerce 126.96.36.199.2 with Gold Cart Version 2.9.7.
I’m not 100% which wordpress installation was used when the site was created- however it was built less than 6 months ago and has not been updated since.

Did you ever recreate this issue?
Our developers believe it is to do with us having a data base of over 100,000 users.
Would this explain do you think?

Hi blair.stephen, that would make sense why I could not recreate this issue. Since the Customer drop down prints all Users there are 100,000 rows being rendered which will crash most browsers. I’ll speak to my colleague about moving this to a jQuery driven field pulling User items in dynamically.February 13, 2013 at 10:41 am #28005
I just wondered if this issue has had any resolution since I last posted?
Our business operates on an annual basis with one huge amount of sales in just a one month period which is due to begin in the next few weeks. Having this feature would be a huge advantage to our business/website if it could be made to work.

I ordered this plugin about 18 months ago and still haven’t been able to utilise it however I would like to try to do so.
Have you guys had a chance to update and correct this issue at all?
