    We have 4 emails set up to receive the credit card email info and neither are receiving them. All the emails are using google apps for business. Is there a way to have the email sent out again? Please advise.

    Hi 3rdstreet, complete card details are not stored on the server so you will need to contact customers to request their card details again, this measure is done intentionally to prevent a large-scale leak of complete card details.

    OCCP uses the standard wp_mail() function as part of WooCommerce’s mail engine (if you are using WooCommerce as your e-Commerce Plugin), set the e-mail recipient for card details to be a non-domain e-mail address (e.g. @hotmail.com) and see if the details come through as that will indicate a ‘local mail redirect’ is in effect and will require your hosting company to resolve this, if this persists please open a Premium Support ticket
