    Hi,

I’ve tried a few options to test this and it’s consistent.

Latest versions of WP and WC with a range of other plugins.

When the Store Reports plugin is activated store orders don’t send an email through WooCommerce to tell us the order has been made, cancelled or Failed (PayPal still does email to tell us payment has been made). Nor is the order stored in the WooCommerce order chain, so it doesn’t appear in the dashboard or standard WC reports. It’s just invisible.

The only way I can find these orders is through installing a 3rd party CRM plugin and searching through the CRM for the email address or order number.

Never seen anything like this. Confused the hell out of me.

    Ok, some more notes.

It looks like the order is placed but isn’t given an Order Status. It’s not Processing, Completed, nothing. So it doesn’t register to WC that it’s happened.

But it does get processed through the Cart, through PayFlow (PayPal) and paid but none of that registers with WooCommerce.

Hi brent1, found the issue, it was where we were capturing the Coupon Code used during Checkout for one of our reports. I’ve pushed a minor Plugin update to resolve this. šŸ™‚
