This looks like what we need, but I want to make sure before we get it. We’re looking for detailed customer reports that can tell us who returning to buy our products. From there, we want to see some more details on the customer like their region/area, email, phone number, address, etc. Possible?
Thanks so much!
Hi Parker, from the Customers report within Store Reports you will see a breakdown of customers.
We do not display Checkout field data (Billing city, e-mail address, phone number, etc.) within this report but I’d be happy to modify our Plugin to display this as well as extend the User Profile screen to display Checkout fields.
To filter customers by a specific Product/variation open the Product Customers report. Get in touch via Premium Support once you’ve set up the Plugin and we’ll talk. 🙂
Just following up on this, I have added Phone, E-mail and Region to the Customers report. The customer link goes to the User Profile screen which displays additional information about the User (Customer) including existing Orders and Products Purchased. This is available in the latest Plugin update.
I’m in the process of adding full Checkout information to the User Profile screen and will include this in the next Plugin update.
Thanks Michael!
I’ll get the plugin right now and we’ll stay in touch!

Hi Mr. Visser,
We have a service based wp-ecommerce cart where people book classes. We need to generate reports daily, monthly, and yearly showing just a list of names of people who booked classes. Currently we use getshopped.org for our cart with wp-ecommerce. Can your plugin create an exportable/printable report that shows just names of people who purchased?
Thanks for your help,
Noel
i agree with Noel,
we are trying to do the same thing, having it by product would be helpful.
specifically, Customers who have purchased the product in a given time period?
Hi Noel, check out the Product Customers report. It supports date based filtering so you can see who has purchased that Product on that day.
We’ve baked in print stylesheet’s too so you can print the report. 🙂
G’day!
Just wondering, how far do you think a compat. version for 3.8 is? And what are the current functions that are working? I see in the screenshot there is quite the list of what’s coming. I’m very keen to purchase this item.
I would love to know that, too. I really need a way of exporting or seeing the revenue of my shop, so I can show it to my accountant.
And a feature request: Export sales to XLS instead of un-usefull CSV?
Bw. Athen
Hi Chris, I’m working towards this feature in the next Plugin update, since I’m focusing on WP e-Commerce 3.8 compatibility the next update is expected in the coming weeks/mid Dec.
That said, a table format wouldn’t be hard to do, I can get that out pretty quickly, CSV output however will take a bit longer 🙂 I’ll see what I can do.
Would love to see an Export to CSV feature as well.
Purchased this plug-in and very impressed with the output.
But since the HTML data isn’t in table format and so your unable to copy & paste into another presentational tool (spreadsheet, work processor etc).
Any chance of creating a table format or a extract to CSV?
Hi Aaron, for the functionality you require I would recommend getting in touch with a WP e-Commerce expert through the WP Consultants page on GetShopped.org > Resources.
I was wondering if there was a more comprehensive solution for inventory control that integrated with wp-ecommerce. I want to integrate an apparel shop with individual products that have 4 size variations and 2 style variations. I need to keep track of each of those. Any assistance would be appreciated.
Thanks.
Hi thesoapmaker,
That’s correct on the first point of what’s being displayed.
Let me dig up the code and confirm, I believe it’s based on the e-mail address which is considered the common identifier. I’ll update this topic shortly.
Hey. Thanks.
Your comment regarding the customer report applies to the names of customers, number of customer purchases and total spending (per customer), correct?
If so, I was wondering how you’re identifying repeat customers. Name? Email address?
I would like to know who my best customers are, among other things.
I would gladly buy this plugin, but I want to make sure its what I need before I take the plunge.
Thanks!
3.7 and above, it links to the Core WP e-Commerce tables.
Sounds good. What version of WPEC is required for this plugin?
Hi thesoapmaker, currently the name, number of purchases and total spendiin over all time or each month; this will be expanded to include links to individual sales details and sorting of columns, etc.
It’s an early release which I will continue to grow as the release of WP e-Commerce 3.8 approaches.
What data is in the customer report?
Hey adnan, can you explain how that would be implimented. Send me an e-mail to discuss this further as I can set aside development time for this.
hey there, i would love to have a multi-warehouse feature in there to help me see my stock based on actual location as well.
