    I tried to order this item but when the checkout redirects me to PayPal, I login and it just shows me my PayPal dashboard. i.e. there is no product purchase link set up via your checkout.

    Can you please advise how I can make payment??

    • Hi Richard, that’s weird and since we haven’t made any changes to our Checkout in months it’s likely a browser/session issue affecting your computer. Try using another browser or clearing your browser cache. I’ve just run a sample purchase and it worked as expected, there is no known issue with PayPal Standards either. Feel free to e-mail me at as I can prepare an invoice for you but again it will be charged via PayPal but might get around your current Checkout issue :)

    A new version of Woocommerce Rich Guys Swiss Knive (2.01) has been released.
    There are a few “new fields” which come with this new version that I can’t export.
    These new fields are not recognized by you Store Tool Kit plugin.
    I tried to use the field names I found in the Database, but it didn’t work.

    Could you help ?

  6. I was wondering if you had figured out how to break out the Gravity Forms data that gets attached to an order? I’m working on a site that is running a conference registration and I would like to find a WC export tool that will allow a differentiation between columns instead of just putting all of the GF information into one column.

    Reading through the comments it looks like it was on the road map, I just wanted to see if it was completed or if there was a rough ETA.


    • Hi blainemtntech, we include basic Gravity Forms integration (basic fields types, labels, titles, etc.), we don’t support everything yet but we’re getting there. If you find that a specific field type is not being included please let us know!

  7. Feature request: Allow the user to select how many days of reports they’d like to receive in an automated report. Or maybe the choice to automatically export 1 day, 1 week, 1 month of reports…

    • Hi Bill, if we keep heading towards data collation we’ll need a new Plugin but we’re able to already dig out alot of data with Store Exporter Deluxe. Currently some of our Export Types (e.g. Orders support date filtering within scheduled exports) but having support for number of days/weeks/months would be something interesting and exclusive to the Scheduled Exports engine. It’s on the task list! :)

      • Thanks Michael. The idea is that if you’re exporting a file daily, it’s accumulating orders daily. The file gets larger and larger. If you tell Store Exporter that you only want the past 7 days when automatically exporting, the file is a bit more manageable than an ever-expanding file.

  8. When I put in a “Default e-mail recipient” on the settings page, it doesn’t get saved. I can change other settings and they get saved, but not the default email recipient. Anything I can check to get it to stick?

    1. Do I need to purchase Store Exporter in order to use Store Exporter Deluxe?
    2. I need to export specific Shipping fields only. Is this feature available for scheduled exports, and is it done using hooks or do I just checkmark what I want to filter?

    • Hi Bill, you don’t need to use Store Exporter prior to buying and installing our Pro release, regarding including specific Shipping fields from Orders I would suggest setting the export field selections from the Export screen and generate some exports to confirm all is working before opening the Settings screen and enabling Scheduled Exports :)

    We purchased your plugin a few days ago and it is working beautifully for what we require, so many thanks for creating something so extensive but still user-friendly!

    I was wondering if there is a way the CSV export can be set to not include the header row in the exported file (i.e. the field names themselves) so you would just have the actual order/customer data in the downloaded file, is this possible at all?

    i’m looking at upgrading to your deluxe version. A lot of your features are extremely useful for what i’m needing. I wanted to know if there are or will be ways to export correlating data? Being able to export customer data, and their invoices, order amounts for a particular product and other combinations of user/order/product data etc. for a range of detailed reports.

    • Hi Dan, we already are doing some of these at a very basic level though the focus of Store Exporter Deluxe will always be getting raw data out of WooCommerce.

      Including the above mentioned features in a Store Reports-port for WooCommerce would be more appropriate as we are limited by our export engine in the ways that we can present the data exported. I’d welcome your involvement in planning reports, details, filters, etc. if you want to get in touch my e-mail is :)

    I just bought your plugin, I manage to get it work almost well but I still have some issue. Indeed I cannot see my order status, when I check the field “order status” I only retrieve the value “publish” for all the orders no matter the order status ( pending, cancelled, finalised,…)
    Do you know where does this could come from ?

    • Hi Nene, thanks for raising this, can you confirm what platform you are using (e.g. WooCommerce or Jigoshop, etc.), I assume you’re checking the Order Status Export Field which pulls the Post Status (new in WC 2.2+), is you can confirm the above I can assist further :)

    I just bought store exporter deluxe and installed it to my WordPress. Eshop is WooCommerce. I wanted to export orders phone numbers i have about 10 000 them i tried to export all then 5000 and then 5 numbers, but everytime it thinks 10-20 seconds and gives me simple blank page and thats it! What could be the problem? Right now im thinking about refund :D

    • Hi adnansonia, that’s odd, we throw up Admin notices if there are memory problems, you should have no trouble exporting 1000-5000 Orders depending on number of export columns and available memory to WordPress. Open up a Premium Support ticket and we’ll get to the bottom of this, if we can’t refund will be on its way :)

  15. Hi I need to completely re install my WordPress site. it has become too bloated and refuses to upgrade properly.

    Can i use this plugin to export all of my sales and user settings (passwords, etc) and then import them back in once wp and woo are reinstalled?

    • Hi wooperson, you can do one of those two actions without a problem. With our Store Exporter Deluxe Plugin you can get pretty much all of your store data (excluding your WooCommerce > Settings tab and any other Plugins we don’t yet support). Importing back in is where you’ll hit a barrier, we offer a Product import solution but you’re a few weeks too early to get a hold of our Store Importer Deluxe Plugin (there will be a free version too) which will bring that motherload of store details back into a WooCommerce store. Keep an eye on our Blog for notices :)

      • nice, very exciting. lack of total store import is certainly a woo weakness imo. do you want a beta tester?

        will the importer keep the order number increments? how about user / customer login details? if customer passwords need to be reset i think that would be ok. my real main concern is order history details throught the track my order / order history details.


        • Hi wooperson, we’ll be following all the rules possible, so yeah incremental Order numbers, all that jazz, if we are importing the User password then that will be set correctly; will need to look into that further. If the Order Items are linked to the Orders and the Orders are linked to the User correctly then the My Account/Order Tracking Page will work too :)

    I am looking for a CSV download orders report that will capture the order information with items on one row per item and also show the product variations associated with each product listed in a separate column. Some product variations are collected using the built in WC product variations and some of the attributes are collected using Gravity Forms Product Addons. Will the plugin in list the product variations and in their own columns so they can be sorted?

    • Hi Alcott45, we do support Order Item Formatting of the Orders export including an option for putting each Order Item on a new row. We do support showing the Product Variations associated with each Order Item but do not yet support splitting those Variations into unique columns. This is on our roadmap and will make it into a future Plugin update (it’s high up there!), I expect we’ll get this added in this month (we have to add export to FTP and beef up our support for Product Addons before we can commit to this work). Hope this helps :)

    I’m curerently looking into a way to integrate a woocommerce store I’m developing with our in-house stock system.

    The plan is that as soon as an order is placed online, a csv file is exported from the woocommerce site containing the new order details.

    Our in-house stock system will listen for this file, then pull in the details from the csv file into the stock system, and all order processing, invoicing etc will be managed from the in-house system.

    The in-house system will then sync with the woocommerce store and update it with the new stock values.

    The plan is to use this online store as a selling tool only – all processing, despatch, etc will be carried out from our main in-house system.

    Please could you let me know if this process is achieveable with the Store Exporter Deluxe plugin, and / or if I need something else?

    • Hi EasealsUK, we’ll be adding support for triggering new exports on each new Order Received in a future Plugin update. Right now we’re wrapping up the next Plugin update for distribution then focusing on export to FTP support which will help your above situation, once this development is complete we can look at adding Export to FTP support when triggering new exports on each Order Received. This will all happen this month, possibly next month depending on support spikes :)

    • Hi thefamilyrestored, I responded to your enquiry via Premium Support but happy to drop it here to :)

      Simply log into the WordPress Administration and click on Plugins from the left menu, find the WooCommerce – Store Exporter entry and while hovering over it click De-activate. From the left menu again select Plugins and then Add New, from that screen click the link Upload New Plugin and then from the Upload dialog select the that was downloaded from our webiste, click Upload and then Activate Plugin and you’re good to go! :)

Can I tell Store Exporter Deluxe to create automatic exports every 24 hours?

Yes you can, with our Scheduled Exports controls from the Settings screen you can set:

  • how often exports happen
  • where they go (e.g. e-mail to a specific address, save to WordPress media, etc.)
  • control what is exported (e.g. export type, export filters, etc.)

Can I integrate Store Exporter Deluxe with [insert name] Back Office/Point of Sale system?

If your preferred Point of Sale platform supports importing records (e.g. Products, Orders, Users, Customers, Coupons, etc.) from an external URL then this is likely doable, do check the restrictions of your back office platform before assuming that our Plugin will be compatible or contact us for more information.
