We maintain a simple ‘fair use’ policy surrounding support licensing of our Premium WordPress Plugins.

We encourage individuals through to multi-national companies to use our WordPress Plugins to build successful WordPress stores but can only continue to support our suite of free and Premium Plugins and this community if support licenses are purchased.

Individuals

Individuals that purchase a single site license can receive support on a single WordPress install which they own and is being actively used, Local development and non-production environments do not count towards this number.

Registered companies/commercial and freelance developers

Registered companies/commercial and freelance developers are required to purchase individual support licenses of our Plugin per client website if not using the Unlimited pricing option. Local development and non-production environments do not count towards this number.

The Unlimited support license cannot be transferred to your client in the event your client relationship ends. In this situation your client will be required to purchase a Single site license in order to continue receiving support.
