Navman MY-500XT and Mio Spirit Flat Windows CE Desktop Unlock

1. Make a backup copy of your original directories/files.
2. Connect your device by the USB cable to your PC.
3. Start the setup program. Click the button “Install Desktop”.
4. Use the Windows Explorer to eject the device safely.

You can easily Unlock and Lock the Navman MY 500XT if you prefer to revert back to Navman’s interface as the default startup environment. I’ll be revisiting Windows CE 5 applications as I find the Navman MY 500XT default interface very clumsy and slow almost all of the time…
