Brutal, crazy and insane levels of violence makes for a game everybody likes, and that’s what Gears of War on the Xbox 360 delivers.

Gears of War has many missions and areas to discover as you traverse the Gears of War universe in a third person view, and here’s where my main gripe is.

The makers of Gears of War shouldn’t have reinvented the wheel and stuck with what works, first person shooter style. That would have made for an even better experience!

The best weapon in Gears of War is the Saw gun. A hybrid chainsaw and heavy machine gun with the chainsaw on alternate trigger, this combo is perfect.

Gears of War on the Xbox 360 performs best on a television that supports high brightness levels as the levels are mostly dark and difficult to navigate in low-light areas.

With the recent launch of Gears of War 2 for the Xbox 360 I’m already psyching up my trigger happy fingers to play the next installment in the Gears of War series.
